Dosage Adults and Children over 2 years: 2-3 sprays in each nostril 4-6 times daily as required, or as directed by your health care professional. Blow nose gently to remove excess mucus. Remove protective cap. Hold spray with thumb at base and first and second fingers on pump. Prime the pump by pressing downwards several times.
