In the manufacturing process, the colloidal prodcuing fraction is separated out as a gum substance which is high in vitamin B complex and contains about 10% oat oil.When colloidal oatmeal is mixed with water it forms a milky dispersion which, after bathing, leaves a film on the skin. This has three major benefits for treating Eczema or Chicken Pox.1. Colloidal Oatmeal has an anti-itch action that eliminates the sensation of itch and reduces scratching. 2.
