We believe it is important to use the best ingredients available - Lifestream BowelBiotics+ is suitable for vegetarians and contains NO polydextrose, maltodextrin, sorbitol, sugar, preservatives, artificial flavours or colours, gluten, wheat, phytate, or GM ingredients.
Ingredients:Psyllium husks 69%, Inulin Prebiotics 30%, probiotic cultures 1% (Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum).
Directions: Adults: for the initial dose, take 3 capsules daily, then if necessary, gradually increase the dose over the period of a few days up to a maximum of 8 capsules twice daily. Adjust the dose until you achieve the desired effect to suit your body's requirements. Children 4-12 years: We recommend using Lifestream Bowel Biotics+ for Kids formula.
Warnings: It is very important that adequate water is taken with this product so that the fibre does not sell and cause blockage in the throat or stomach. 3 capsules requires 250ml of water, 8 capsules required 500ml of water.
