Muscle Recovery is a powdered free form amino blend containing the 3 Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). Branched Chain Amino Acids are commonly used in combination to assist muscle recovery following exercise.
One of these important amino acids is L-Leucine which has been shown to decrease protein degradation and increase the product of protein in muscle known as synthesis. L-Isoleucine and L-Valine help decrease the feeling of tiredness during prolonged exercise.
