Studies have shown that turmeric and it’s active ingredient curcumin have exceptional anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Curcuma Longa (Turmeric – Curcumin C-3 Complex R) extract equivalent to dry rhizome 1350mg (1.35g) Curcuma Long (Turmeric) extract equivalent to dry rhizome 147mg
Also contains : pure lemon oil, ginger extract.
No added corn, lactose, wheat, gluten, sugars, yeast, preservatives, artificial colours or flavours.
Recommended adult dosage :
1tsp (5ml) in half a glass of water taken 1 – 3 times per day, half an hour before meals (on an empty stomach) or as recommended by your health care professional.
3 times per day for one week to start, 1 – 2 time per day for maintenance.
