Dosage:
Adults take one tablet a day with main meals or as advised by your Healthcare Professional. For intensive use, take one tablet twice a day with main meals or as advised by your Healthcare Professional.
Warnings and Contra-Indications:
Caution: Amiodarone, B6 may increase the risk of drug induced photosensitivity, caution with concurrent use. Blood sugar medications as Ginkgo may increase the metabolic clearance of insulin. Monitor blood sugar levels. Caution in those with Gallstones and Peptic ulceration as Ginger can exacerbate these conditions. Take at least two hours away from pharmaceutical medications. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist see your Healthcare Professional. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains Pyridoxine Hydrochloride and Zinc which may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for long periods of time. Free from added sugar, dairy, lactose, wheat, gluten, corn starch, yeast, soy, corn, animal products and preservatives.
Interactions:
Avoid concurrent use with anti-coagulants including aspirin as Ginger and Ginkgo can exacerbate their effects. Avoid use with anti-epileptic and anti-convulsant medication. Avoid use Nifidipine as Ginger can produce a synergistic anti-platelet effect and Ginkgo has been shown to double the plasma concentration of Nifidipine (Adalat). Vitamin B6 should not be taken by those taking anticonvulsants or levodopa (for Parkinson's Disease). Avoid anticonvulsant medication as large doses of vitamin B6 may interfere with the action of anticonvulsant drugs.
