Pre-conception and Pregnancy Multi (From pre-conception to 26 weeks pregnant) A once daily supplement tailored for women during pre-conception and pregnancy which is based on the nutritional needs identified through the most recent Australian Health Survey* and key clinical practice guidelines.? Each capsule contains vitamins, minerals and omega-3 DHA. Provides a balance of key nutrients recommended for pre-conception and early pregnancy to support a woman's dietary intake and her baby's healthy growth and development.Features and Benefits * Folic acid (500μg) which, if taken daily for at least one month before conception and during early pregnancy, may reduce the risk of spina bifida/neural tube defects.* Iodine which is important for the healthy development of baby’s brain, eyesight, hearing and nervous system.* Vitamin D to support calcium absorption and the development and maintenance of healthy bones.* DHA rich Omega-3 triglycerides which play an important role in the development of the brain, eyes and nervous system.* Low-constipation iron to reduce the risk of dietary iron deficiency.
